i dont know if any one can help me but, i have tried to copy a data disc 3 times now and each time i click burn my pc shuts down completely. i am using nero 6.3.0.3. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the same thing happens. This only happens when i try to burn a data disc. Please help i am slightly frustrated. also tried to get log of the error but because pc was shut down there was no log
The version of Nero you are using is an older one, try for an update from here, BOTH packages http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe Package 2 http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/NVE-3.1.0.21_no_yt.exe
thanks for that i just did it after i posted but i havent tried it yet had to go to work but will try again in a day or so..fingers crossed
