Nero shuts down when encoding

    I have only been able to burn a disc or two using Nero. Nero Vision shuts down just as the encoding process starts, leaving me with a Microsoft message say the Nero.exe must shut down to an error that has happened & I may report this error to microsoft.

    Any ideas?
