Nero StartSmart

    I have downloaded a copy of Kepler v7 to my HD which I have extracted with WinRAR. I have BIN & CUE file as well as a CD Image but when I open the file in Nero StartSmart I cannot find the BIN or CUE files. Do I burn this to a Data CD, Video CD or what and how do I do it? I am totally lost. Can anyone offer me any help?
