NERO STILL GETTING THIS ERROR REPORT ---PLEASE HELP

I have uninstalled 1rst and 2nd IDE drivers and still no luck???? I havein DEVICE 0 - Transfer mode DMA if available \ Current transfer mode ultra DMA mode 2
DEVICE 1 - Transfer mode DMA if available / Current PIO i have like i said followed the forums directions and no luck changing that 1 PIO to DMA CAN YA HELP ME????????????? IHAVE ATTACHED AN ERROR REPORT
