Its pretty sad when a software company can't even provide support for their software ( Oh yeah if you call email support , support ? Then you are in the stone age ) , Usually if you are a fairly big software company or been around for awhile would have their own forum support site , It just show you how good a software is without one , which in my opinion NERO sucks
What's the problem you're having? There's a lot of people on here who can help faster and probably explain things better than they would.
Actually Nero is a really good program if you are not using one of the buggy versions. I run Nero 7.0.8.2 Ultra Edition, and it works well. If you are having a problem, please post it as grumlenz noted. There are a lot of skilled people here that probably have dealt with your exact problem before.
