I've been reading about all the problems with Nero support for months and months on this site. Made me very afraid! Yesterday (Friday) I e-mailed Nero regarding non acceptance of my Serial number for the Lame MP3 encoder. I did get the typical canned reply almost immediately and figured here we go....BUT within a couple of hours "Luis" from Nero in Glendale California e-mailed me a registry entry to make. Bingo.....it worked! I can encode MP3's from within Nero if I wish and not have to change progs to do so. Possibly I've been lucky with Nero as 7.0.8.2 and previous have not given me any problems. I'm wondering if 80% of the problems with Nero aren't peoples machines and their configurations. Anyway....I'm a happy camper today! Caper
Nero is such a big complicated all-in-one application that so many things can go wrong with that I believe most of the problems come down to conflicts on a system. Glad you are having a good experience with the proggy, I've never had any problems with it myself.
