Nero Ultra doesn't always recognize my DVD drive

    I have an HP dvd+ writer 200i and Nero usually doesn't recognize it when I start windows. Alcohol 120% does, but doesn't work very well, and after using it, Nero will recognize the drive. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Is it a setting in Windows or Nero?
