nero "unexpected exception" error...

    i have installed the newest edition of nero on my computer and i am running a burner via scsi input...

    every time i try to burn a disc i get an "unexpected exception" error...an error i have yet to encounter until now....lol

    what can i do to fix this....PLLLLLLLLLLLLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!......heheh

    Cough ! Cough ! did you check in Nero if your burner was recognized ?
    Click Nero Info Tool -- let it do its searching.

    Look on "Drive" Tab -- is your burner showing ?

    Welcome to our Club adkato76, nice to have you aboard -

    Nero as good as it is tends to be a little "Flaky" at times - sometimes it's better to totally uninstall it using Nero's clean Tools - and Nero's Registry Cleaner -

    Once you’re totally clean, then reinstall Nero and you should be in good shape -

    ummm.....cough, cough...yes i checked to see if the burner was recognized...in the main menu it tells you what device you are using....

    i will try to uninstall and reinstall...
