Hi everyone i have now had this computer for a year and its great but tonight i have come to burn a cd and it keeps saying unspecified target. i now have 4 coasters andi really ned to burn this cd for tomorrow. I am using nero and i have been successfully burning for a year now but tonight it keps saying unspecified error. I am using nero and i have enclosed the log here. i've editd my serial number out but i really need to try and sort this out tonight because i ndesperatly need this cd for tmorrow. I am tryig to burn an audio cd and it doesnt go over the top of the capacity of the disk so its not the ammount of storage on the disc or anything. please help me thanks alot for all help. if its nero 6 ultra edition your using it has a compatibility issue with XP SP2 (apparently) ive never had any trouble with it but it may be whats causing your problem. have you tried using nero 7 or any other burning program? hope this helps
Hi i just thought i'd let u know how i got on. it turned out al i had to do was restart my computer and then it was fine hope this helps anybody that has this problem in the future
