Hi, I have just downloaded the latest version of nero and now every time I try and load nero vision 4 it takes for ages - any one got any ideas why please.

Look back to a bug-free version, say 7.0.8.2, after watching Gwendolin deal with many posts about problems with different versions of Nero, I realize it is best to wait until they put out a good version before I upgrade to the next one. Usually the upgrades are so slight that there are only minor differences between one and the next. http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/ here is where you can find several of the previous versions of Nero, I never had problems with either 7.0.8.2 or 7.0.1.4b.
