nero version 6.3 problems

    I have just installed nero vision express and when I add files to the make dvd part of it , the program disappears off the screen. I restart the program and have to add again, and again it "disappears" Any solutions or is my computer spooked???

    had nero 6.3.?.? and also tried 6.6.0.? each told me there was a know compatibility error with winxp. I updated the 6.6 to 6.6.1.4 curee that. But sever people told me they didnt have this error. to try to reload, I had already tried that reload. any clues jp
