Nero Vision 4 problem (Nero 7)

Every time i try and burn downloaded movie and other video content i keep getting "burn failed" message.

I've had this problem once before and it somehow corrected itself.

It transcodes ok but does not burn.

Does anyone know how i can rectify this problem?

Nero 7 history log location: Program Files>Nero>Nero 7>Core>NeroHistory

VISTA: ?. Desktop/Your Comp Name/App Data/Roaming/Ahead/Nero History

I'm having trouble with Outlook Express and Mozilla Thunderbird so i will not be able to post Nero error log for the time being.
