every time i make a dvd-video i use the smart 3d menu templete but when i go to record it to dvd it doesnt want to record the smart 3d menu part it just shows a black spot and trancodes it then starts recording the movies. any help would be helpful
Wnich version of Nero are you running? Some of the earlier ones, around the first of the year, had problems with some of the menus. I guess I should add, if you click the more button, there is an option for never using black, which means not to use a black frame for menus or representations of the videos. You might make sure that is checked. The more button has extra options when opened on the menu page, so there may be a setting in that area.
