Nero Vision 4 Video Resolution

    Hello, I am trying to make a dvd and everytime I add the video files they show up as a resolution of 704x480 and i need them to be the standard tv size (640x480?) because every time i play the video on my dvd player, it cuts off subtitles. I have tried using a program to resize the video, but it doesn't help. Because I think they are already the standard size. Anyone know how to fix this?
