I am trying to use Vision 4 to record some movies from my hard disk.When I activate the sequence to bring up the hard disk file, I get an Open sign at the bottom left corner of my monitor. If I click this,I get nothing. I have been unable to open any files from the hard disk at all. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong, or how to get around this problem? I am using nero 7.
What type of files are you trying to open? Try downloading a file like a trailer on the Nero site and see if you can import it. NeroVision is a little strange in that you click on the button and then you have to click again on the options. Normally you use the "browse for media" button or drag them into the media window. I don't really understand the "open" at the bottom left hand side, I get a window to browse to the file and open from there.
