What I do is open Nero Vision, open folder where files are located , minimize it and then just drag and drop them into NeroVision, easy as!!

When you add files that way, NV4 will only show files that are supported. Perhaps the ones you are trying to add are not. To get around this and check if you can see the files using NV4, at the bottom of the add files dialogue box, there is a drop down option with an All Files *.* selection. Make sure you are in the correct folder, then click on the *.* option. If the files show up then, and not when using the "Supported Files types" option, they are not supported. While you have the option box open, look through which file types are supported.

I don't see that file type in the drop down box in NV4, so I would say in it's present format, it is not useable. You can probably convert it so NV4 can use it, but I don't know how--maybe someone else does. Until then, check Google or Guides here to see if anything addresses the rmbv type of file.
