OK I open Nero Vision 5 and I click make a DVD. I click add a video file. When I click to add the video file, Nero Vision disapears. The type of file I am trying to burn is a downloaded movie. Went to properties and it says the file type is Windows Movie. Thanks for any help.
You should first make the wmv file into vob bup and ifo. Use a program like DVD Flick to make a VIDEO_TS folder with the required dvd files.
All the above is totally unnecessary as NeroVision will automatically convert and burn your files to DVD...have you tried the drag and drop method of adding your files to NV5
hmm... try loading k-lite mega codec pack... ---------------------------- (just reading between the lines here) is the movie an xvid? and has this type of file been ok before? or for that matter you done any other files ok before?
