nero vision 8 closes on capture.HELP PLS Newbie here

    Hi guys, I have just installed nero 8 on my windows vista laptop. I tried to use nero vision to edit my files(avchd, mpeg2) i managed to browse and find it but once i tried to drag it to the timeline i get the msg Nero Vision Has Stopped Working. then it closes. I tried to reinstall it but still get the same problem. Is there an issue with Vista?

    leok777,

    Uninstall Nero 8 using the Clean Tool here. After that, download/install the latest version, 8.2.8.0.

    Hey tks but i actually did just that Twice but still did not fix the problem. I'm tearing my hair out literally. I installed it on my Windows XP laptop n i have no problems. think must be an issue with Vista
