Hello all. Can someone please help me with this problem with that dreaded green line problem. I've noticed someone else inquiring about this and never received an answer. Can someone please tell me why a bright green line appears when I playback my avi converted to dvd movie. It's only happened on about 2 movies, out of hundreds of avi's that I've converted to dvd using nve 3. Thanx in advance.
You might go through and check the specifics of the files that have the line against the ones that don't. Maybe they are a particular type, or were downloaded from the same source. Perhaps something in the files is causing the line when being transcoded. Have you tried using any other conversion program on the files? If you go to the editing window and hold the mouse over the files in the file window, it will give you some of the specifics, like frame rate or whatever might show up.
