Nero Vision Won't Open?

    Hello,

    I have nero startsmart and can not open Nero Vision. I get an error message that says unable to initialize the Nero API. Unspecified Error.

    Does anyone have any idea how to fix it? I have tried to reinstall it but that didn't work. Let me know any ideas you have, thanks

    use nero uninstall clean tool for what ever version nero you have

    then do a nice claen install...
