Nero Vission 4 Shutting Down

Hi there...

I have installed Nero 7 Premium and when I am attampting to run Nero Vision 4, the application appears to shut down when I go to burn a DVD. I follow the steps through to the end and click burn and the app just starts to transcode and then disappears. It still appears in Task Manager as a process but not as an appication that is still running.

I have tried with the settings set to write to disk and burn to DVD. Minimize to tray is not chosen and I have tried activating it only to get the same result.

Any thoughts??

can you produce a nero 7 log for us to view

 

I cannot even produce a log. ONce I click burn and the application disappears I cannot get back in to save a log.

I have since rolled back to 6.6.0.18 and everything works fine.

I also downloaded the trial version of 7.0.8.2 nad experienced the same problem.

i had the same issue with 7 as well and now am only using the same version as you
