nero VOB encoder error

    newbie, stumbled onto your site yesterday and downloaded DVDFab, DVD Shrink & Nero trial. burned my first dvd successfully. my second burn using Nero gave me the following message.
    "An unknown error occured in the VOB encoder"
    anyone know what caused this? i'm a granny that wants to backup DVD's that i buy for the grandkids. they always take home and never bring back! thank you
