I have Nero 7 ( trial verion)and have burned several movies so far. However with the movie "Cache" I am getting the message UNABLE TO TO INSERT Cache.avi. My default is " all supported video files " Also I downloaded a US version movie and I am in zone 4 and my Sony DVD player DVP-NS325 rejects it. I have tried to find the zone change instructions for this model on the net without success, but I have the change instructions for a different Sony model. Will these instructions work 1... standby 2...press title, clear and power this should put me into the menu in a place where zone limits can be removed. I must admit that Nero seems complicated to me as all I want to do is burn data and downloaded movies. Is there another burner better suited to my needs? Many thanks
the downloaded movies you have are avi arent they.You need to convert them to an mpeg2 compatible format before nero will recognise them and allow the burn process to be started.
