nero will not start up

    Hello, new to the site. I tried first to research this problem that i'm having to no avail. i recently updated my nero from v6.3.0.3 to v6.6.0.16. when i go to open any of the programs i get an "cannot execute file C:\program files\ahead\nero\nero.exe. i've tried to get this fixed on my own for the last couple of days with no luck. any help would be greatly appreciated

    try uninstalling Nero, uninstall completely via Nero's Clean Tools then reinstall Nero again
