Firmware is old, update to current version B7W9 here: http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_result.php?kaj=1&isces Update firmware and post a new log if you don't get a successful burn, and we will dig a little deeper.
Also, I would say don't burn so close to the edge of the disc. 4465MB is a little too much, especially with not so good quality media. I wouldn't go more than 4350Mb.

Turn the DMA on for your HDD, it is off. What kind of discs are you using? The error that u are getting, the drive does not like the media used: I would use some quality discs, like Verbatim, Sony or maxell MIJ, if you buy on-line, Taiyo Yuden.

What brand blanks are you using? The error is still there even after the f/w update, which should have picked up the media...yet it is still not identified in the log. Very peculiar. This should be four lines... and look something like this, This tell us your media isn't being recognized...
changed from teon dvds to sony dvds back to burning sucessfully funny cuz used them disks about 75 times before and all sudden dont work nomore but sony dvds did the trick thank you all for your help
Congrats, that is why we don't recommend the off brands...you never know when they are going to crap out on you.
