In trying to update to the latest nero version, i get through the download part and then when i tell it to run, it starts to extract the files and then i get an error message saying that an installation in already in progress and to compleate it first. I can not find where i have an installation in progress, i have closed down my computer, deleted temporary files and still am getting the message. Any advice on what i may be doing wrong? Thanks
Tried again this morning, and again got thru the process untill it asks me to run it and after the exrtaction, it says an installation is is progress? Help
I would love for someone to let me know if they have ever had this problem, and if so what I can do about it...............Please (and thank you)
