Use the NERO clean tool for version 7, (its available free at the Nero webstie.) Use the TOOL to completly remove nero 7 and everything completly. (Make sure to write down your serial before you do this.) You should then be able to install the newer version, (You always want to use the clean tool when updating nero.) Hey Guys quick question?? I own a version of Nero 7 ultra edition and was trying to see if I can upgrade get plug-ins or even repair. The Problem I have with Nero is I keep getting a message that the ASPI files are missing in the INFO Toolkit?? What is that I don't know. I try to go to the Product Setup button in the actual Nero window under Toolkit but all I get is MSI starter has encountered a problem every time I acces it. What does that mean??? and should I just cut my loses and reinstall Nero? Should I have re-install whats the best way to completly remove it? Please help guys definetly appreciate a speedy response im LOOSING my MINDwithTHIS Program
