Nero won't open up

    When I try to start Nero Express, the system shuts down; I'm using MS XP. How can I cure this problem?

    Browse to your windows folder and make sure you have the WNASPI32.DLL driver on your system it will be here C:\Windows\Systems\WNASPI32.DLL driver if not you can get it from your installation CD.
