i'm trying to use nerovision to burn .vob files with a nice menu, music, etc. i don't like to use nero for the encoding so i use cucusoft first to create the .vob file, then burn with nero. my problem is that when i use nerovision,it does work but the transition between the smaller 1gb vts files causes a break in the playback of the movie and i get a black screen for 2 or 3 seconds. this is a minor annoyance, but still an annoyance. is there any way to change a setting,or a method to keep this from happenning? any help would be appreciated. thank you

What is the original format of the video files (i.e. before converting to vobs)?

.avi was the original, converted to mpeg using cucusoft, then .vob using cucsoft dvd author.

Well, if a menu is not required, you may try DivxToDvd (free). If you really must have vobs, then try something like Power Video Converter, or ImToo Mpeg Encoder (not free) which would turn avis into vobs.
    Good luck!
