Weird, have been using Nero reasonably happily for over a year, just started creating DL disks (to HD first, luckily, as I have enough coasters). I'm getting an "out of disk space" error (58) after encoding, despite having over 40GB free on the HD in question. HD is external USB v2.0. Are there any special space requirements for burning DL images? Anyone else get this? Comments appreciated!
The amount of space allocated to the folders from Nero is limited, you will have to go to the allocated folder and delete any unwanted files Open NeroExpress, click on More then Video Options and then folders
Many thanks but all seems to be working now. I had already changed the location of temporary files. Normally if there is not enough disk space, Nero will warn before encoding and stop, but this error was popping up just before the burn, extremely irritating when you've just waited through 12 hours of encoding! It did this twice but was fine the third time. Maybe I'll check out the latest version of Nero... Cheers, k
