I use to use power producer and had no problems. i now use nero vision becuase it seems to have functions i like better but ive encountered a problem. It seems when I choose to encode using lcpm in nero vison in standard play i can only get like 90 min on a disc not 120 while in power producer i didnt have this problem.

No if i use ac3 2.0 nero is fine but ive been told that some players dont suppor dolby ac3 2.0 tracks im right now making some video to send to europe i live in canada and been told the europe players play lcpm and mpeg audio but nbo ac3.... first off im curious if ac3 is fine to use and second why does nero do this?

Both PCM and AC3 are universally recognized formats. All DVD players everywhere support them.
