I,ve searched the threads for info but didnt find any, am required to run this prog in order to use some software, my question is this, does this prog ave any security hazards, and why do i need it to run certain software? Thanks.
If a program requires .Net Framework to run, either version 1.1, or 2 it's because that program was probably built with code requiring files from .Net to run. 2.0 doesn't have any issues posted about it yet...and since it's a stand alone installation, it won't interfere with v1.1 and you can uninstall it if you need to.
