   After I downloaded dotnetfx and installed it, I clicked on it and two options came up saying either to click the option to repair dotnetfx
   or to uninstall it. I wanted to know what program do i need to make .netframework work and where should I save it.

   You don't have to open anything in order for the .Net Framework to run.
