net id help

I live in halifax but its not on the list leeds dont have mtv etc where barnsley does but that gets funny jerky picture on some channels Which one should i be useing

menu = hold down UP+DOWN when powering on

Using your subbed box... Not the KV box.

Press the home button on your VM remote control.
Go to settings.
Then technical stuff.
Your net id is the first item on the list.
