im trying to put the security wep code on my NETCORE ROUTER but when i access 192.168.1.1 its in chinese any help ? how to get it on ENGLISH ? OR IS there any other way to put wep security on it ? plz i really need help
there should be a language setting in the router's setup page. i am unfamiliar with that brand of routers but my guess WEP is in the wireless settings.
but dude i don't understand Chinese!! is there any other way to put a password on my ROUTER ? LIKE WEP OR WPA
poke around the settings page hell i dunno just start changing settings until you come across something that looks English. Did you buy the router from the U.S.? if you did try unplugging it and hitting the reset button to fix your language issues. Not that i'm aware of all security setting are based inside the routers OS. on a side note the manufacturer of your router folded, so getting support for it wont be easy. my best suggestion to you is this get yourself a Cheap Belkin or netgear.
