I have a D-Link 321 Network Hard Drive, and am tying to stream movies through my netwrk to a Samsung BD-P3600 Blu Ray Player. The Blu Ray sees the Network Drive, but is unable to see the folders on the Network Drive. I am able to stream from Shared folders on my PC's to the Blu Ray, but not from the D-Link.

Any suggestions on to get this to work.

first things first is the d-link Connected to your Network - have you a password to connect to your network and have used it setting it up?
as with most devices and drives the folders on them remain secure unless you specify that you want to share them ,

only share them to your network !

I use Tversity and Media centre these allows you to select files or folders you want to share, so I'm certain the d-link software has the same features.
