Hey there all, Just got my xbox today, i also have got a 80gb hard drive with over 60 games on it. now then the question is. how do i go about puttin it in my xbox. is it a definated that i need to mod chip my xbox to get it to read it? i bought both seperate from ebay. the xbox is not modded. i just want to know is it as simple as pulling out the 8gb and replacing with the 80gb? i am lost and every thread i read does not seem to give a tutorial on it? i have heard i can sofmod it but dont understand anyones help can anyone plesae help me and let me know what i can do? The owner of the 80gb hd must have modded his xbox to get the games on it. So if it is modded with a dashboard and everthing it should be as easy as just plug and play.
