    Hi,
I currently have a Starview 1 Clone Box but I'm looking to get an extra box for my Bedroom and I wondered what everybody's Recommendations are, especially the experts out there - scouser, fergus, celtic etc?
I am in the Falkirk Area (Central Scotland) and on Telepest.

    Please give your opinion?

    Thanks

Ok, let me put it another way.

What kind of boxes do you all have?

    Cheers

Scouser do you think a Eurovox Max V is better than a dbox2, digivox, dreambox, eurovox, kryptview, starview 2 + 3, technomate, the box super, the box t?

Do you have a Eurovox Max V?

    Where did you get it?

    Thanks

Thats very true m8 but the D box hasnt lost anything in years all those times when starview and digivox were going down and needed new firmware the D box carried on , i rate the eurovox m8 i do but its had more probs than the d box the eurovox max is said to be a good box as well im just wondering when will the eurovoxmax clone appear as it did with the eurovox.

Has the Kryptv!ew got the sky bet issues as well ? I'm thinking of getting rid of my st@rview 2 because after having it 2 months it's already been outdated by the super duper b0x....

@ Mick not knocking the Dbox as I too think open source is better.

@apd no the Krypt doesnt suffer from this and has channel mapping.

I don't know which one to buy now... there seems to be a few good ones out there just now!

What should you look out for in a box and what do you think makes one box better than another? Why is the Kryptview better than the Eurovox or DBox 2?

Never said it was each box has different traits, for simple flash, plug and play the Eurovox is fine.

The Kryptv1ew looks decent mate I should have went for one of those instead but never bothered looking into anything other than the b*x because everyone has them. Me own fault for following the herd.

    Same with me.

    I bought a Starview 1 for £150 from a private seller LOL.

As I was a complete newbie I went with the herd like yourself but now I know there are better boxes out there!

The Eurovox, DBox 2 and Kryptview seem to be the best boxes atm, but I am unsure which one is the best and what one to buy?

Could anyone tell me the differences between them?

    Cheers
