Just bought a new BENQ DW 1655 downloaded software then checked to see what version of NERO it was, Nero Express v6.6.0.14 should I go back to different version? BENQ a good product why would they pack this version of NERO that can cause problems?? Thanks

i had the same situation. My nero package came with LiteOnIt burner, but i had so many problems with it that i bought a new one, Nec 111D. anyway i didn't uninstall my nero, just downloaded the newest version and during the installation process it read the curent license key. And it works perfectly fine with Nec.
Thats probably fine if you are using Nero7, if you are using Nero6 you have to purchase a new serial number before you can install Nero7 (unless you want to use the Demo version for the trial period)
