new buyer need help

i am going to buy an xbox 360 tomorrow, but dont exactly have enough to buy the harddrive and would like to know if i could at least make gamesaves, for the meantime, on something like a flash drive by connecting it to the usb port?

 

I don't think that will work. I think you'll need to get a memory card, at least.

Darn....well is there a way that i could use the hard drive on my pc? i've seen somewhere that i could do that, but can i do that without having a hard drive first?

 

An official MS Xbox 360 hard drive or memory card are the only 2 things you can save your games with. I know it sucks.

if i get the wireless controller does it come with a charging cable? cause i read that you need the play and charge kit just to charge it, and thats just more money to spend.

 

You have to buy the charger separate.
