new combo dvd/cdrw drive will not recognize discs using Clone dvd2

    help. for months I have been using above software to backup my dvd collection. recently I replaced my defective dvdrom with new Liteon combo unit but DVD ClonerII will not recognize discs placed into new combo unit, making software unusable. however, I have no trouble when using DVD X Copy Platinum. any help appreciated.

    What media are u using to backup on?? this could b ur problem... What is the exact error log can u let us know...
