I just made a new computor with my friend. We've both made computors before so i'm pretty sure the connections r right. But the computor isn't turning on, and it doesn't even look like the PSU is on cuz the fan isn't workin. Could it be a bad power supply, or some connctions in the computor aren't conncted right??

Sounds like it is a bad power supply. Is the motherboard light lit?

check on back of psu to see if power switch is on & the voltage selector switch is indicating the proper voltage for your country. is the power switch wires from front of case connected to the proper 2 pins on the motherboard?

the voltage selector switch should be near were the external power cord plugs into the psu. try another psu. also make certain the ide data cables are not pin reversed as it could cause some systems to not power up.
