    Hi,

I got a AMD Athlon 2600+ at the moment and its currently reaching 67 degrees at the moment which is too damn hot.
I currently use an "Arctic Cooling Copper Silent 2L CPU Cooler" which does not cool it down efficiently.
My case I believe is cool enough @ 37 degrees but I am going to add another case fan at the front to blow cool air in, I already got one blowing hot air out at the back.

Any suggestions for better cooling for my CPU or PC in general would be much appreciated.

I dont want to spend a great deal of money (about £30 tops really). Ive been looking @ Akasa's fans here http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_Akasa_119.html

They seem to be fast and reasonably cheap.

    Thanks,

That cooler should do the job okay as it is. I would first take it off, clean it and re-seat with some quality compound. Make sure the compound is not too thick, as this can also drive the temperature up. Use a credit card to spread it as thin as possible.
