Right from the website... DVD2one V1.1.1 There was a very small bug in the new compression ratio function, which could cause the program to crash. This is fixed now. DVD2one V1.1.0 Here's a new version of DVD2one with the following new features: Full disk copy mode added. Please note that the image quality will be less than when you use movie-only copymode, because there is more data to copy and also all soundtracks will be included. New system to calculate the compression ratio. This should keep the image quality more stable. Improved the progress bar. It should run continuously now for all movies. Added detection that you try to read directly from a protected DVD. If my HD didn't die I would have had a full description of the program interface, speed etc.
Does the "Full disk copy mode added. Please note that the image quality will be less than when you use movie-only copymode, because there is more data to copy and also all soundtracks will be included. " mean that it can now do what InstantCopy can do?
You have to check whether the extra's are extreme much Gb's or not. Sometimes it's only a Menu and Chapter selection. If so it really doesn't matter putting them in. If there are extra's like the making of,..... and you want them in you will loose quality.
1. Use DVD decrypter or Smartripper to copy movie files or All files to Harddisk 2. Use DVD2one to compress (full disk or movie only) ripped files to 4.36gb 3. Use Nero (f.e.) to burn the 4.36gb compressed files to DVD-r/-rw/+r/+rw in DVD-rom UDF/ISO mode (New Compilation) That's all. Guides are everywhere. Use the search message tool here at Afterdawn. I suggest you to close all other programs when you are burning. Do not do any other stuff during this process to keep the risks of coasters at a minimum.
