New emails Notification Sound not working

    I`ve tried everything in Control Panel-Outlook-rules and alerts-but still the sound doesn`t activate when new email has come in. I even tried Run>regedit>mailbeep>etc., No avail.(see attachment) Any other advice? http://img14.imageshack.us/my.php?image=wavo.jpg
