my xbox has x3 chip (bios 3294), my "friend" did it and put a 60 gig HDD in, I have been reading A LOT since then and wanted to put a 160 in...

I looked at chart, and new drive I got was fine with xbox's, so I put new harddrive in (after backing up C, and E) with FTP, I started XBOX and partitioned the drive with the X3 build 3294 thing

I then tried to use the boot disk my friend gave me, I have tried at least 40 times, and nothing boots (it goes to X3 config), I have been asking the guy who did it for me to help but he is being a f***ing a-hole about it

so I need some help on here... thanks

    please help

I used my Xenium to format the new drive and make an exact copy of everything in my my old one.

I never had to touch my PC.
