I bought the newest sony camcorder CX220, because it takes hd videos (which is what i need in mts, or ts (sorry I'm rather a newb to all this stuff) and mp4. The problem with these formats are it will not let me put them int windows live movie maker (because I am guessing it does not accept these formats or hd formats at least?) So I was wondering if there is a software out there that is a good editing video tool (splitter, combiner, adding texts pictures) that supports mp4 or mts. My whole goal in the end is to have my edited hd video on youtube. I have pc so I think because I don't have a mac (imvoie) it makes it more complicated for me,but I have seen so many hd videos on youtube that were made on pc's I just don't know how? Any advise at all would be soo appreciated. I have been testing out programs and trying everything for the last few days, my last step is no one has any answers here is hoping someone does at my local future shop etc. Thanks in advance!
