i install a new hd to my box and im tryin to get slaylers auto installer to work but my box wont boo it up what do i do to fix that problem... b4 i had old hd with evox(softmod)and now i get some that error screen with the languages plz plz help me
is your new hd a xbox hd or a upgraded hd? if it is another xbox hd it must be unlocked to work on your xbox...if it is a brand new upgraded hd simply hook it up, insert the slayer's disk then turn off your xbox...now turn your xbox on so your xbox boots from the dvd rom instead of the new hd, and slayer's should boot right up.
you still get the error code? what type of media are you using? what dvd drive is in your xbox? i need to know what kind of hd you are using, is it a stock hd or a upgraded hd? you may want to try buring onto a different media brand. your xbox is softmodded isn't it? the only thing you can use slayer's for is to format the hd...since you are not running a hacked bios your xbox will not recognize the stuff slayer's puts on your xbox...unless you copy all the files from your old hd onto the new one.
yes im still getting the code im using a thompson dvd on xbox and i using maxell cd-r and fujifilm dvd-r and still get that damn message
you are gonna need another modded xbox(to do the format and file transfers) then transfer the upgraded hd into your softmodded xbox...your xbox isn't reading the slayer's prolly cuz you aren't running a hacked bios.
