Hello everyone i have a few questions actually the 1st question I just went out and bought a brand bew hp m9040n and it had windows vista on it. I took it off and put xp pro on it except when i did that i deleted all the partions on the hard drive i think cuz i wiped it out completly. So my 1st question is i got xp on the pc right now but i have alot of yellow marks in the device manager. How can i fix these errors?? if you need the errors i got 802.11 wireless, beanbag emulation device, ethernet controller, pci device, and video controller so as you can see there is quite a bit of them that isnt working. So what can i do to fix this?? also i have two 320gb hard drives and it is only showing up 1 300gb hard drive how do i fix this aswell?? any info would be very great cuz im to the point where im pulling my hair out trying to figure this out.. thanx in advance

The yellow marks mean hardware isn't installed correctly, because it's lacking drivers. As to how to find them, best of luck. Prebuilt PCs that come with Vista usually use specific hardware that never had software written for it that would work on XP. You're best bet is to find out the exact brand name / model number of all the hardware inside, and go to the individual manufacturer's websites to try and find XP drivers. I can't guarantee any success on that though. If you can't find them, you'll have to put Vista back.
