Hi, I just get a new CoolSat 5000, but when I power it on, it show a menu with a strange language, not English. Please help me how can I reset it to English since I couldn't understand the menu? I contacted the seller and they give me the # of CoolSat to ask for the reset but I could not make a contact yet.

    Thanks and best regards

Check out the sites I link to below. Both are free to join. Someone there should be able to tell you how to reset the receiver.

Go to the forum thread I link to below. It has over 1800 posts. On page 27 of that thread I posted a complete setup guide for the 5000 and links to sites where you can get the files. Good luck.
